Eldersburg, Maryland – March 25, 2010 – The Lawyers Help Desk (TLHD) and America’s Remote Help Desk (ARHD) are pleased to introduce the Resolve Services Suite, a comprehensive offering of IT Systems Management services. The Resolve Services Suite includes anti-virus, patch management, data backup, disaster recovery, asset management, IT automation, server and desktop monitoring, and reporting services.

The primary benefits of the Resolve Services Suite include centralized backups, update verification, central patch management control, and IT automation tools to greatly reduce the need to physically configure an individual PC or laptop.
