Rich founded ARHD in 2000 and leads the organization by caring about his employees and clients. Rich has an MBA in Finance and a BS in Marketing plus 25 years of sales/account management experience. This enables Rich to be involved with establishing a close relationship with each client and his internal staff. Rich works diligently with each new client to ensure a smooth on-boarding transition by developing a customized solution based on client’s needs and business objectives. As a result of Rich’s strategic vision and management expertise, he has received the SmartCEO Future 50 award for fastest growing companies 5 of the past 7 years. Rich’s unwavering focus on doing the right thing for employees and clients has enabled ARHD to obtain low turnover. This has led to growth each year since inception, cementing ARHD as the industry leader for high quality Infrastructure Management and Remote Help Desk Solutions.

Josh Lippy is the co-founder and Chief Technology Officer with more than 15 years of Information Technology planning, management and implementation experience. Josh oversees The Lawyers Help Desk strategic IT direction and operations as well as our proactive client planning meetings. Since the inception of The Lawyers Help Desk, Josh has focused on providing the most effective and efficient IT solutions based on your organization’s strategic direction. Josh is a trusted advisor for our clients. From annual budgeting to choosing the right technology for an important project, Josh operates as your CTO and removes the guess work from tough technology decisions and implementations.


Ryan Holt, Director of IT Services

Ryan Holt, Director of IT Services

Ryan Holt, the Director of IT Services, has more than 11 years of Help Desk and IT related consulting and management experience. Prior to joining The Lawyers Help Desk, Ryan was IT Director and Project Manager for Educate, Inc., responsible for developing and executing Help Desk processes and procedures for over 1,100 remote sites. Ryan is responsible for the day to day operation of service delivery. He oversees the help desk and network engineer technicians to ensure consistent delivery of high quality technical service and customer support. His focus is on exceeding clients’ expectations by taking a consultative approach to improve their service level and eliminate inefficiency. Above all else Ryan is focused on providing the best customized help desk solution for each client.


Brian Firth, Chief Network Engineer

Brian Firth, Chief Network Engineer

Brian Firth is the Chief Network Engineer and has been part of this organization since 2002. Prior to The Lawyers Help Desk, Brian was a Senior Network Engineer at Dakota Imaging Inc., in Columbia, Maryland. Brian also spent 10 years in the U.S. Air Force as a Programmer and Help Desk Technician. Brian is a seasoned Network Engineer with extensive technical knowledge and expertise. He is our “go-to” guy for major projects and problem management. Brian manages large area networks comprised of Cisco products and is involved in bandwidth monitoring. He is a creative problem solver and a disaster recovery expert.
